The Met has experienced a cyberattack that has temporarily impacted our network systems, which include our website, box office, and call center. All performances will take place as scheduled; however, at this time we are unable to process new ticket orders or facilitate exchanges and refunds. Once normal operations have resumed, we will honor all refunds and exchanges that we have been unable to process during this period.
We are grateful to our friends at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts who have allowed us to continue to offer tickets to select upcoming performances through their website. Tickets are general admission and priced at $50 each. Seating will be in the orchestra section of the opera house, and locations will be assigned by Met ushers on a first-come, first-served basis immediately prior to curtain. We appreciate your patience through this difficult time as we work to resolve the issue and resume full operations.
Please visit LincolnCenter.org/MetOpera for more information and to purchase tickets.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. »
